Can I add my insurance? Yes, you can add your own medical insurance.
Is BookDr. available in other countries? No, soon it will be available in all parts of the Middle East.
If you have difficulties dealing with BookDr. how can I get help? You reach us by phone or e-mail.
What is the 3D technique of the human body? It's a three-dimensional interactive visual, in which you can learn about the human body parts and realted diseases and conditions
What is the important testing service? It's a service that suggests to patient the most important periodic examinations, recommended by Doctors.
Can I use the 3D technology on BookDr website? Yes, 3D human body anatomy is available on BookDr website
Is Booking a Car service free on BookDr? No, it's not a free service. Cost of trip varies on distance between patient location and the healthcare facility
In case of requesting a car service, how do I make sure that it will be at my location ahead of my appointment's time? The service is provided by Careem application, and Captain Careem will be advised by your appointment time
How do I get offers from the health establishment? You can check the offers from the promotion section.
How is data used and shared in BookDr.? Your data is only used to create and account and book and appointment
How is my personal information and medical history stored? Is it safe? Data are subject to full confidentiality and control and may not be shared or used elsewhere.
What data does BookDr. collect? General information to register the account, in addition to your medical insurance if any.
How do I make sure my appointment is confirmed? The booking is automatically confirmed by the health establishment, and you can go to my reservation page to see your booking status
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment? In the Appointments page, you can select, edit, or cancel the appointment.
What should I do if the health facility cancels the booking? You will be contacted by the health facility, and notified through the Application
How do I book an appointment? By registering in the application, you will be able to choose a health facility and then choose the specialty and doctor for you. The Booking is then confirmed automatically.
How do I know that my appointment has already been booked? When booking, a phone alert will be sent for sure. An email will be sent explaining the details of the booking in full. You can view the details of the appointment by going to your booking page.
How can I schedule a visit to a doctor? By selecting the time and date from doctor's page, you can choose the right time and date for you.
What are the pre-diagnostic questions on BookDr? The pre-diagnostic questions are to help the doctor build a better understanding of your case, they are not mandatory and you can skip them
Is there any service to remind me of the appointment? Yes, you can choose a reminder time before the appointment.
How can I know if the healthcare facility accepts my medical insurance? Once your select you medical insurance provider from the list, it will automaticaly filter for you the healthcare facilities which accept your selection
Can I make an appointment for a family member? Yes you can make an appointment for a family member by adding him/her under your family members section
Do I need a mobile number and an email to register? Yes, the app requires you to have an email and a mobile phone.
Can I add my medical insurance and my family members to my account? Yes, you can add your insurance or a member of your family
Can I add members of my family? Yes, you can add all members of your family.
How do I deactivate my account? You can contact us and we will contact you within 24 hours.
Can I change my username? Yes, you can change your name from the profile page
I forgot my password - how can I reset it? By clicking Reset Password, an email will be sent to the registered mail in your account.
When can I evaluate my health care provider or doctor? After completion of the appointment within 24 hours.
Does BookDr. Publish Positive Ratings Only? No, BookDr. works with complete transparency.
Are there cases where the evaluation may not be published? Yes
